Producer/Senior Producer (Events & Experiential Agency) - London/Hybrid 3 days in - £50k-£55k circa

We're looking for an experienced Producer / Senior Producer to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional brand experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients.

What You'll Do

As Producer / Senior Producer, you'll be responsible for leading the planning, management and delivery of a wide range of experiential projects, while helping to develop and grow client accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and nurturing strong client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
• Growing existing accounts by identifying opportunities and delivering outstanding experiences that exceed expectations.
• Leading projects from briefing and concept development through to delivery and post-event reconciliation.
• Managing budgets, timelines, logistics and project documentation.
• Creating engaging client presentations and proposals.
• Collaborating with creative teams on concepts, branding and design.
• Managing suppliers across production, AV, scenic build, technology, staffing and venues.
• Identifying efficiencies, value-add opportunities and cost savings while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Monitoring project milestones, service levels and contractual deliverables.
• Managing freelancers and supporting colleagues across multiple projects where required.
• Staying ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies and innovative experience formats.

About You

You'll have a passion for creating outstanding experiences and enjoy balancing creativity with meticulous project management.

You'll bring:

• 5+ years' experience as a Producer, Senior Producer or Project Manager within an experiential, events or integrated agency.
• Proven experience managing and growing client accounts.
• Experience delivering B2B and B2C events including conferences, exhibitions, experiential activations, festivals, product launches, live, hybrid and virtual events.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills with confidence leading client meetings and pitches.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Advanced project management, budgeting and commercial awareness.
• The ability to think strategically across every stage of a campaign—from planning through to execution and evaluation.
• Strong supplier knowledge with experience sourcing the right partners to suit project scope and budget.
• Excellent negotiation, contracting and risk management skills.
• Knowledge of UK and European event regulations (experience working across the Middle East would be advantageous).
