Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Project Manager for a 12-month contract to lead a multi-disciplinary delivery squad focused on the bank’s Public Sites. You will act as the central hub for design, content, research, and development partners, ensuring that digital initiatives are delivered predictably and at a high standard. This role is ideal for a facilitator who thrives in Agile environments and has a deep understanding of UX and content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Squad Coordination: Act as the day-to-day PM for a delivery squad, owning work coordination and serving as a key partner to the Product Owner to ensure alignment across Digital Design, Marketing, and Tech.
- Project Planning & Execution: Manage timelines, dependencies, and resourcing for responsive web and mobile initiatives, translating business priorities into actionable, sequenced plans.
- Agile Facilitation: Lead core ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, and retrospectives to maintain momentum and transparency.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve blockers and risks, ensuring adherence to governance, accessibility requirements, and design system standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Track progress and report delivery status clearly to stakeholders at all levels, articulating the rationale behind prioritization and trade-offs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in digital project management or delivery within large-scale, content-driven environments.
- Expert proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Figma for coordination and tracking.
- Strong understanding of UX workflows, including user journeys and information architecture.
- Proven experience in Agile/Lean delivery environments.
