A fast-growing AI company in Hoxton, London is hiring a Customer Success Manager. The role is mostly remote, with ideally one day in the office per week, or every two weeks. The package is £45-65k, plus 40% uncapped OTE.
They’re looking for someone who can build strong, trusted customer relationships, bring a strong commercial mindset, and manage large enterprise accounts, ideally around £100k+ ACV.
