Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office or operations management experience, preferably in the healthcare space
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and cost controls
- Expertise in staff scheduling and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Proficiency with practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
