Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The primary objective of this role is to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will be the face of our company, engaging with potential leads and converting them into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to closing and post-sale follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to meet targets.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
  • Background in B2B SaaS or technology sales.
