🧑⚖️ The Role:
- Handle a variety of employment litigation matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, wage & hour, and harassment claims
- Collaborate closely with lead attorneys on case strategy, litigation milestones, and client communications
- Draft legal documents, manage discovery, and take depositions
- Engage in rapid response matters and workplace investigations
- Strategically manage and drive cases forward with autonomy and support

🎯 Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in employment litigation
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Admitted to practice law in California
