THE ROLE As Senior Events Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of the production team, leading and mentoring a talented group of project managers while taking ownership of a portfolio of high-profile, complex events from brief through to on-site delivery.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You won't just be overseeing from a distance, you'll be in the detail, supporting your team, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Taking ownership of end-to-end delivery across a varied portfolio of events Leading, mentoring and day-to-day managing a team of project managers Taking client briefs and producing creative and commercial responses Managing project budgets, reconciliations and reporting on key metrics Building strong, trusted relationships with clients across your account portfolio Supporting on new business pitches, contributing to proposals and creative responses Collaborating closely with Design, Technical, Scenic, Warehouse and Logistics teams Attending site visits, running production meetings and being the lead point of contact on site Championing health & safety compliance, process governance and sustainability commitments

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 4+ years of experience in the events industry in a project management or technical production capacity Extensive and demonstrable knowledge of the London venue market is essential, candidates without this will not be considered. Familiarity with UVL venues is a significant advantage A natural team leader who is invested in the growth and development of those around them Hands-on, organised and obsessive about the detail Commercially aware with solid budget management experience Confident and experienced in managing client relationships at a senior level A calm, reliable presence, the person your team and clients come to for answers Passionate about delivering exceptional events with a high level of professionalism
