We’re hiring a Marketing Manager with hands-on media buying experience to lead performance strategy, manage a small team, and own client outcomes. You’ll drive targets, keep projects on track, and be the point of contact for clients in service businesses that rely on high-intent leads.What you’ll do:
- Own revenue targets: build quarterly/monthly plans, set channel budgets, and hit CPL/CPA goals.
- Lead and develop a team (designers, media buyers, ops): weekly 1:1s, clear KPIs, feedback loops.
- Client-facing leadership: run strategy calls, present results, translate data into decisions.
- Project management: run campaigns and cross-functional work in Monday.com; remove blockers, keep timelines tight.
- Media buying & optimization: plan, launch, and scale campaigns—prioritize Google (Search/PMAX) with strong fundamentals; meta as needed.
- Conversion ops: partner on landing pages, tracking, and creative testing to improve CVR and lead quality.
- Reporting: build dashboards, forecast, and communicate insights clearly and on time.
Must-haves
- 3+ years in marketing management (owning targets, budgets, and people/process).
- Proven media buying experience (Google Ads required; Meta a plus).
- Project management excellence (you run point and hit deadlines).
- Client-facing chops (you can hold strategy rooms and push for outcomes).
- Strong data literacy (CPL/CPA, MER/ROAS, attribution basics, cohort thinking).
Nice-to-haves (bonus points)
- Experience with Google Local Services (GLS) — Google Screened/Guaranteed.
- Meta Ads for client acquisition.
- Google Business Profiles optimization (reviews, categories, NAP, photos, posts).
- Familiarity with local-services lead flows (inbound call tracking, form quality, dispute workflows).
