Event Content Producer - Remote First - London Agency - £55k-£60k - PERM
We're hiring for an integrated agency, investing in their events & experiential arm. We're looking for a Content Producer that has proven experience supporting event campaigns for their clients. You'll be supported by traditional event producers and a technical director - we're not looking for an event producer, this is a content producer role that supports events. This position is remote first and requires an office day every 1-2 weeks to remain aligned with the team & projects. If you have experience with tech/ecommerce events, this is a plus - but it's more about having previous experience working with global/big brands. It is also a hands on producer role creating the content, rather than having an account/project management focus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce content for live events, experiential projects and high-profile communications moments, from initial planning through to rehearsal and live delivery.
- Own the content production process, working closely with creative, design, editorial, technical and live production teams to deliver high-quality work.
- Translate creative ideas into compelling, production-ready content and maintain a strong eye for quality, detail and craft.
- Manage content through rehearsals and onsite delivery, including content checks, playback, late-stage amends and live changes.
- Understand how content needs to work within a wider technical and live production environment, collaborating closely with Event Producers and Technical Directors.
- Work confidently in fast-paced environments where priorities can change quickly, using strong judgement to find practical solutions without compromising quality.
- Take ownership of content deliverables and ensure they are delivered accurately, on time and to the required creative standard.
- Build strong working relationships with internal teams, creative partners, production suppliers and client stakeholders.
The Candidate:
- An experienced Event Content Producer with a strong background producing content for live, experiential or event environments.
- Someone who genuinely produces the work — not primarily an event logistics, account management or project management professional with a producer title.
- Strong understanding of the creative production process, with the judgement and experience to challenge, refine and protect the quality of the work.
- Comfortable working across different content formats and disciplines, with an understanding of how creative content translates into a live environment.
- Experienced in rehearsals, onsite content management and late-stage changes, and confident working alongside technical and live production teams.
- Highly organised and calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborative and commercially aware, able to work effectively with clients and multidisciplinary agency teams.
- Ideally experienced in brand, experiential, events, communications or creative agency environments.
- A strong communicator with the confidence to take ownership, make decisions and drive content through to delivery.
This is a genuinely exciting time to join the agency as they grow their events division. You need to be comfortable working remote first, attending the office occasionally and be available for on-site work. Please contact charlie@profilescreative.com for more information. You'll also be within a commutable distance from central London.
