The Role
You will work on a range of real estate transactional matters, including:
Purchase and sale agreements
Loan and financing documentation
Joint venture and operating agreements
Syndications and preferred equity structures
Managing deals from inception through closing
Coordinating with partners, clients, and internal teams to keep transactions moving efficiently

Billables: ~1800 hours
