About the opportunity

We're working exclusively with a globally recognised integrated experiential agency, headquartered in London and active across five continents, as they open an exciting new US base in Houston, TX. Award-winning, ambitious, and genuinely creative, our client delivers extraordinary exhibition and event experiences for some of the world's leading brands.

This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to join a well-established international business at the start of a new chapter. As Senior Project Manager, you'll own the full delivery lifecycle of major exhibition builds, from early-stage concept and supplier negotiation through to on-site management and derig, while playing an active role in client relationships and organic business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Own end-to-end exhibition delivery: pre-production, on-site execution, and derig across the US and Canada
  • Work closely with in-house creative and design teams to cross-check CAD drawings, graphics, and production outputs
  • Lead and manage on-site teams — including AV, exhibit build, and print contractors
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing across AV, build, and services
  • Serve as the primary client contact across planning meetings, site visits, and day-to-day communications
  • Champion issue resolution across construction, logistics, technology, and quality control
  • Support the Account Director on organic growth, up-sell opportunities, and business development

What we're looking for

  • Proven exhibition industry experience delivering complex builds across the USA and Canada
  • A track record managing projects with contract values exceeding $750,000
  • Background within a creative, exhibitions, or events agency environment
  • Solid technical knowledge - AV, exhibit construction, print production, and digital/interactive systems
  • Commercially astute, with confident budget management and supplier negotiation skills
  • Exceptional client communication and relationship-building ability
  • Solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and a natural team player
