The Role

We’re looking for a full-stack engineer who loves to build, move fast, and work with the latest AI tools to deliver real product value.

You’ll work directly with the founders to design, develop, and ship features across our stack - from product UI to AI integrations and performance improvements.

You’ll have real ownership from day one, and your code will go into production quickly. You’ll help us scale the product, evolve our architecture, and continuously improve developer velocity.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s hungry to learn fast, build ambitiously, and see the impact of their work every day.

What You’ll Do

• Build and ship features end-to-end in TypeScript. Our stack consists of React, Node.js, Prisma and Postgres. We use both AWS and GCP.
• Integrate AI models and APIs to extend product capabilities.
• Prototype new functionality and deliver experiments that move the product forward.
• Automate and streamline internal workflows to help the whole team move faster.
• Take increasing ownership of product areas as you grow in the role.
• Contribute to decisions on architecture, product direction, and development best practices.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building modern web apps.
• Comfortable across the stack — a genuine generalist who enjoys learning new things fast.
• Motivated to use AI to work faster and better (e.g. Cursor/Claude Code/Codex, automation, etc.).
• Energised by ambiguity — you thrive in a small team where you can shape what’s next.
• You work hard, move fast, and care deeply about the product you’re building. UK-based or able to overlap working hours with the founding team.
• Bonus: startup experience or personal projects that show initiative and creativity.
