If you have 2+ years of proven experience driving outbound sales, hitting targets, and managing a healthy pipeline — we want you in our network.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity (calls, email, LinkedIn).
- Own your metrics — track call volumes, meeting conversions, and pipeline performance daily.
- Qualify leads, build relationships, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with senior teams to refine pitch strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Deliver consistently against monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in Business Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation.
- You’re a hunter — competitive, resilient, and motivated by performance.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and data-driven activity management.
- Confident communicator comfortable selling across international markets.
- Experience with CRM tools and outbound tech stacks (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.).
- Advantageous: exposure to SaaS, recruitment, agency, or B2B sales.
