What You'll Do
- Proactively source and engage Data and AI talent including Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Architects and Data Consultants
- Manage candidates from initial outreach through submission, interview prep, feedback and pre close
- Build and maintain high quality talent pools (hotlists) to speed up delivery across multiple live roles
- Build trusted relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Spot commercial leads while speaking to candidates and flag potential new client opportunities to the sales team
- Work towards becoming Databricks certified to deepen your market knowledge
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 2+ years of recruitment delivery experience
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of strong candidate and client experience
- Self motivated, comfortable owning your own desk in a fully remote environment
- Curious and commercially minded, naturally spots opportunities while speaking to candidates
Advantageous
- Experience recruiting specifically within the Data ecosystem (Databricks, Azure, AWS, GCP, Fabric, Snowflake)
- Prior international recruitment experience, particularly into the UK
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, JobServe or Bullhorn
The details:
- Salary: R28,000 - R36,500/pm
- 💰 Commission structure:
- £350 per placement on fees under £8k
- £550 per placement on fees between £8k and £15k
- £700 per placement on fees above £15k
- £1,500 bonus if 3 or more placements start within the same calendar month
- Average deal size sits around £14,000 to £15,000 per placement
- Working hours: Roughly 9:30am to 6:30pm UK time, with some flexibility
- Markets: UK primarily, with potential US exposure as the business grows
