Freelance Ecommerce Trading Manager (D2C)

🚀 Freelance Ecommerce Trading Manager (D2C) – Ongoing Contract - Based East London/ Essex - HYBRID

We’re working with a fast-scaling D2C brand in the health & wellness space, looking for a hands-on Ecommerce Trading Manager to support day-to-day performance across Shopify (UK & EU).

This is a key role for a proactive operator who can own trading, optimise performance, and drive growth — not just execute tasks. This role is not strategic and supports the Head of Ecommerce & Growth Director.

What you’ll be doing: Own daily Shopify operations (site health, UX, apps, troubleshooting) Lead trading & merchandising across homepage, collections & promos Build & optimise landing pages and on-site content Drive CRO, AOV & conversion improvements Analyse performance and implement data-led optimisations Collaborate across CRM, marketing & dev teams

What we’re looking for: 3+ years managing Shopify D2C stores Strong commercial mindset (conversion, AOV, revenue impact) Hands-on with apps, subscriptions, and landing page tools Proactive, fast-moving, and confident in owning the function

They are looking for a May start, and you must be able to commute to their office twice a week in East London/ Essex
