Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and professional New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team in London. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring an exceptional customer journey for purchasers of high-quality residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Conduct professional viewings and present development features, specifications, and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Guide customers through the reservation and legal exchange process, liaising with solicitors and financial advisors.
  • Maintain the presentation of the sales suite and show homes to the highest standards.
  • Provide regular market updates and competitor analysis to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in new homes sales or high-end residential estate agency.
  • Strong understanding of the property buying process and Help to Buy/shared ownership schemes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and bank holidays as required by the site schedule.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or COINS.
  • Local knowledge of the London property market and planning developments.
