Digital Operations and Platforms Coordinator

We're hiring on behalf of a UK-based business looking for a technically confident operations professional to take ownership of their digital platforms, reporting functions, and offshore development team coordination.

The Role This is a role for someone who thrives in the engine room — the person who keeps the systems running, the offshore team moving, and the reporting clean. You'll sit at the intersection of operations and technology, acting as the key link between the business and a development team based in India.

You'll own platform operations day-to-day, identify where things can be improved or automated, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you're someone who gets satisfaction from well-run systems and clear processes, this role is for you.

What You'll Own Offshore Team Coordination

• Manage communication, workflow, and delivery with the offshore tech team in India
• Coordinate technical tasks, priorities, and project delivery
• Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders across the business

Platform & Systems Management

• Oversee platforms including Eola, Airtable, Asana, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards
• Maintain clear system documentation, workflows, and operational processes
• Provide support and guidance to internal teams using operational platforms

Automation & Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for automation, system improvements, and operational efficiency
• Support future digital projects, platform development, and business growth initiatives
• Use AI tools where relevant to improve workflows, reporting, and day-to-day operations

What You Bring

• Experience managing digital platforms, systems, or operations
• Experience coordinating remote or offshore teams
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Comfortable working with reporting systems, dashboards, or operational data
• Hands-on with tools like Airtable, Asana, CRM systems, or similar
• Technically confident and quick to pick up new systems
• Clear communicator — able to translate between technical and non-technical teams
• Works well independently and manages multiple priorities without dropping balls
• Experience with automation tools and system integrations. Uses AI tools actively in day-to-day workflows — not just experimentally

Bonus points for:

• Understanding of APIs, workflows, and digital infrastructure
• Familiarity with Eola or similar booking/platform systems

The Setup

• Fully remote, permanent role
• UK-aligned hours with occasional flexibility to support the India team when needed
• Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 pm
• Flexible working arrangements available
