Role Overview
As a Fulfilment Centre Associate at Zapp, you will be the backbone of our rapid delivery operations. Based in one of our Central London stores, you will be responsible for the entire order fulfilment lifecycle, from picking and packing premium products to ensuring a seamless handover to our delivery riders. This role is crucial for maintaining our promise of delivering goods in minutes, 24/7. You will also play a key part in maintaining stock accuracy and store organisation. High-performing associates will have a clear career path towards a Shift Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders with a high degree of care, ensuring they are securely prepared for handover to delivery riders.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular, thorough stock checks, manage incoming deliveries, and ensure all items are correctly scanned and stored. Proactively monitor stock levels and expiry dates to maintain product quality and availability.
- Store Operations & Safety: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe store environment at all times. Identify and address potential hazards promptly and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as required.

- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent time management and punctuality, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work effectively and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A flexible approach to work, including availability for various shifts.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a retail, warehouse, or fast-paced stockroom environment.
- Familiarity with using handheld barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
