Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing PropTech startup in Denver. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and fueling our sales pipeline. This is a high-impact role perfect for someone with 1-3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with potential clients to understand their needs and pain points within the real estate and property management sectors.
  • Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of leads in our CRM, ensuring accurate data and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with PropTech industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our solution.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as an SDR, ideally within a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Previous experience or strong interest in the PropTech industry.
  • Bachelor's degree (Undergraduate studies finished).
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings set.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools
