Passionate about creating flawless imagery? Looking to work on global campaigns for some of the world's biggest brands?

I'm working with an award-winning creative production agency that partners with leading agencies and household-name brands to produce world-class content across print, digital, social and advertising. They're now looking to hire a Mid-weight Creative Retoucher to join their growing creative team in London.

Working alongside talented retouchers, designers, 3D artists, animators and producers, you'll take projects from initial brief through to final delivery, producing high-end retouching across a wide range of campaigns including beauty, automotive, advertising, still life and lifestyle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely loves the craft of retouching and wants to work in a collaborative environment where quality is everything.

You'll be responsible for: • High-end creative retouching for both digital and print campaigns. • Colour correction, compositing and non-destructive editing to the highest standard. • Managing projects from brief through to final artwork delivery. • Working closely with producers, creatives and clients to develop and enhance briefs. • Supporting estimates, timings and project planning. • Exploring AI tools and new technologies to improve creative workflows. • Mentoring junior team members and helping drive best practice across the studio.

We're looking for someone with: • 4+ years' commercial retouching experience. • An exceptional portfolio showcasing advertising, beauty, still life or automotive work. • Expert Photoshop skills and an excellent understanding of colour management and print production. • Strong knowledge of photography, lighting and composition. • Experience working within a creative agency, production studio or post-production environment. • A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent attention to detail. • The ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.

Salary: £40,000 Location: Hybrid | Clerkenwell, London
