RMG, a specialist technology recruiting agency, is partnering with an established digital consultancy to appoint an accomplished Project Manager on a full-time contract basis. Operating in an environment built on collaboration, delivery excellence, and close client partnerships, you will spearhead high-impact digital transformation initiatives spanning through to Q2 2027, with the potential for further extension. This engagement offers a fully remote setup for UK-based professionals seeking meaningful, long-term delivery work without sponsorship requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Steer end-to-end digital transformation programmes and complex software delivery lifecycles from inception through to client sign-off.
• Foster strong consulting relationships, managing multi-stakeholder expectations across diverse client organisations.
• Facilitate delivery using suitable Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks, ensuring iterative value, backlog management, and sprint discipline.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams to align project milestones with overarching strategic and operational goals.
• Maintain clear delivery visibility, facilitating transparent communication and routine status reporting to both agency partners and client leadership.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation and IT transformation projects within a professional services, consultancy, or agency background.
• Substantial delivery experience within regulated sectors such as public sector, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, financial services, banking, energy, or utilities.
• Demonstrated capability managing varied client stakeholders, client delivery engagements, and third-party partners.
• Deep practical knowledge of software delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall approaches.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom with existing right to work (visa sponsorship is not available).

Nice-to-have

• Comprehensive background in risk mitigation, compliance, governance frameworks, and active RAID log oversight.
• Experience managing project budgets and tracking delivery expenditure alongside delivery milestones.
