Some people plan events. You produce experiences people can't stop talking about.

CoCo Group is proud to be working exclusively with a global creative agency behind some of the most talked-about influencer, social, talent, and experiential campaigns for the world's biggest consumer brands, to find their next Events Producer.

If you've spent your career turning "wouldn't it be amazing if..." into flawlessly executed reality, from intimate creator dinners to jaw-dropping international brand trips, this is your next move.

The Role No two days look the same. One week you're producing an intimate creator dinner in a private members' club; the next you're masterminding a retail pop-up designed for maximum scroll-stopping content; the week after that, you're on a flight overseeing a multi-market brand trip for a roster of talent and their entourages. As Events Producer, you'll own production from the first spark of an idea through to the final strike of the set, leading with creativity, precision, and an instinct for what makes an experience genuinely shareable. You'll be the calm, capable hand that clients, creators, and colleagues trust to make it happen, on time, on budget, and unforgettable.

You'll be the person who: - Leads the day-to-day planning and execution of events and activations, big and small - Owns timelines, budgets, supplier relationships, and logistics, juggling all of it without dropping a single ball - Coordinates every moving part: venues, production, catering, travel, gifting, staffing, and guest management - Partners closely with influencer, talent, and social teams to make sure every event is built for content capture from the ground up - Brings creative energy to pitches and ideation for new and existing clients - Runs the room on-site, troubleshooting in real time - Builds genuine, lasting relationships with suppliers, venues, and partners - Keeps budgets tracked, reported, and reconciled with total clarity - Holds every event to a standard that's as operationally tight as it is creatively bold

About You We're looking for someone who's already thriving in a similar agency environment and understands the unique pace, pressure, and creative ambition that comes with it. - 3–4+ years' experience in events, experiential, or brand activations in the luxury, beauty, sports or fashion brands space - Experience delivering influencer-led or content-focused consumer events - Proven experience in experiential marketing and running integrated campaigns - Confident using Canva to bring creative concepts, pitches, and event collateral to life - Sharp organisational and project management instincts, you make the complex look effortless - Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to run multiple projects at once without losing quality - Unshakeable under pressure, with sharp, on-the-spot problem-solving skills - A confident, credible communicator who builds trust easily with clients and stakeholders - Genuinely switched on to social, influencer culture, and the future of experiential marketing - Comfortable in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office - Flexible to travel and work evenings/weekends when the moment requires it

Ready to produce something extraordinary? If you've got the agency experience, the creative instinct, and the calm-under-fire delivery skills to match, we want to hear from you.
