Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Employee Lifecycle: Manage the entire employee journey at test3920, from designing engaging onboarding experiences to conducting insightful exit interviews and everything in between.
- Employee Relations & Advisory: Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries, providing fair, consistent, and compliant guidance to team members and managers on policy, performance, and workplace relations.
- Performance Management & Talent Development: Drive the annual performance review process, helping managers identify training needs, design career pathways, and foster continuous growth.
- HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR systems, oversee payroll preparation, and ensure all internal policies align with current local labour laws.
- Culture & Engagement Initiatives: Design and champion initiatives that boost employee engagement, promote diversity and inclusion, and keep the test3920 team connected and motivated.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven HR Generalist Experience: A solid track record working in a dedicated HR Generalist, Advisor, or similar people operations role within a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth Employment Law Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of local labour laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build trust quickly, active listening skills, and a high level of emotional intelligence to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proactive Problem Solving: A self-starter attitude with the ability to identify gaps in processes and independently implement practical, structured solutions.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with modern HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems, and digital workplace collaboration tools.
