We’re partnering with one of London’s most exciting and best-in-class social media agencies to find a number of dynamic Account Executives to join their fast-growing team. You’ll be working across an enviable portfolio of clients spanning fashion, retail, ecommerce, technology and beauty – helping some of the most influential brands shape their social presence, connect with their audiences and push creative boundaries. You’ll take ownership of key client accounts, helping to drive strategy, execution and growth, while playing a visible role in campaigns that genuinely move the needle.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming their go-to partner and sounding board. • Develop and deliver smart, tailored social media strategies that align with wider brand and business objectives, driving engagement and measurable impact. • Support account growth by identifying opportunities, contributing to new business conversations and helping to drive revenue across your accounts. • Work closely with creative, strategy and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are seamlessly delivered and consistently high quality. • Present clearly and confidently to clients, sharing ideas, reporting on performance and helping to shape future direction.
• Experience in an Account Executive or client-facing role, ideally within a social, digital or creative agency environment. • Hands-on understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, X (Twitter) and Facebook, with experience supporting or running campaigns. • Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine relationships and manage multiple stakeholders. • A proactive, organised mindset with a clear passion for social, culture and creative work. • Based in London or able to commute to a central London office.
• Experience using social media management platforms such as Sprout Social or Hootsuite. • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
