Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Deliver: Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and highly secure software solutions that align with fwefw’s long-term technical roadmap.
- Champion Engineering Standards: Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while establishing engineering best practices, robust CI/CD pipelines, and comprehensive automated testing.
- Mentor & Collaborate: Act as a technical mentor to junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of collaborative problem-solving, open feedback, and continuous technical growth.
- Drive Technical Innovation: Evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and methodologies, presenting business-focused cases for their integration into our current stack.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with product managers, UX designers, and system architects to translate ambitious product visions into highly reliable technical realities.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Senior Expertise: At least 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, consistently delivering complex enterprise-grade systems from concept to production.
- Full-Stack Mastery: Exceptional command of modern programming languages and frameworks, coupled with a deep understanding of database design and system architecture.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Hands-on experience architecting and managing cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) alongside containerisation tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Agile Champion: Strong experience working within fast-paced, Agile/Scrum environments, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on tight schedules.
- Stellar Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
