We’re hiring a CTO to build an engineering team and lead technology at an early-stage AI business focused on charitable giving.
You’ll need a strong technology leadership track record, with recognised company experience or standout achievements. Nonprofit or charitable-giving platform experience is a bonus, but not essential.
The package is $250,000–$350,000 base salary plus approximately 5–7% equity, depending on the agreed package. You’ll work hybrid in San Francisco alongside the founders and help shape the business from an early stage.
