Talent Acquisition Manager – Technology & Product

We are supporting a client that is building a next generation AI and cloud infrastructure platform and is now scaling its product and technology organisation.

As part of this growth, they are launching their US technology hub in San Francisco and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help build the teams behind the platform.

This role will focus on hiring across product, platform, cloud infrastructure, networking, security and software engineering. You will work closely with leadership to scale the organisation as the platform grows across the US and Europe.

We are looking for someone who understands how high growth technology companies scale and who has experience recruiting in competitive markets such as the San Francisco technology ecosystem.

Experience hiring for cloud platforms, AI companies, developer platforms or infrastructure technology organisations would be highly valuable.

The role can be based in San Francisco or the UK and will play a key role in helping build the teams responsible for delivering a new global compute platform.
