Do you love turning a brand moment into the event everyone is talking about? A boutique agency specialising in fashion and beauty is looking for a Senior Producer to lead brand activations, PR events and influencer experiences across the United Kingdom. This is a permanent, hybrid role with three days a week in the office, plus time at event sites as projects require. You will own productions from first brief to final load-out, delivering everything from experiential pop-ups and product launches to press days, influencer trips and intimate VIP dinners.
What you will do
- Produce brand activations, PR events and influencer experiences end to end: critical path, venue sourcing, site visits, permitting, run of show and on-site direction.
- Plan and deliver PR-led moments such as press days, launch events, media previews and editor dinners that land coverage and social reach.
- Shape influencer and creator events, from guest list logistics and travel to content capture moments, gifting and on-the-day talent handling.
- Own budgets for every project, including quoting, supplier negotiation, margin tracking and final reconciliation.
- Brief and manage specialist suppliers across fabrication, AV, lighting, catering, styling and photography.
- Act as the day-to-day lead for fashion and beauty brand clients and their PR teams, presenting ideas and keeping stakeholders aligned.
- Run load-in, live delivery and load-out with calm, precise control.
What you will bring
- A proven track record producing brand activations, PR events or influencer events in the fashion and beauty space.
- Strong end-to-end production skills: timelines, logistics, permitting and live on-site direction.
- Confident budget management, with experience negotiating supplier rates and protecting project margins.
- Experience working alongside PR teams, talent agents and creators, and an understanding of what makes an event shareable.
- A reliable network of fabricators, AV, catering and styling suppliers.
- Polished client communication with senior brand and PR stakeholders and VIP guests.
- You must already hold the right to work in the United Kingdom, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Nice to have
- Creative and spatial design input: mood boards, floor plans, reading 3D renders, set and floral styling direction.
- Relationships with fashion and beauty media, influencer talent agencies or creators.
Why join
You will work at the heart of fashion and beauty, producing the activations, press moments and creator experiences that launch products and build brands. In a boutique agency, your ideas and delivery are visible on every project, and you will collaborate directly with brands and their PR teams to create events that look as good in person as they do online.
