Key Responsibilities
- Architect & Implement: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure software solutions that align with wdojfjo's long-term technical roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Lead complex feature development from initial concept through to deployment, ensuring clean code practices and robust system integration.
- Mentor & Guide: Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor mid-level and junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and system vulnerabilities, championing the refactoring of legacy components where necessary.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, UX designers, and system administrators to define requirements and deliver high-impact features.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Expertise: Extensive experience in modern software development, with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade web or cloud-based applications.
- Core Technologies: Mastery of at least one major backend language (such as Java, Python, C#, or Node.js) along with deep experience in database design (SQL/NoSQL).
- Architectural Acumen: Strong understanding of system design, microservices architecture, API design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- CI/CD & DevOps: Solid experience implementing automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines to ensure high-quality releases.
