Slash Staffing is seeking an ambitious Zoho Automation Specialist to take ownership of our automation ecosystem and drive meaningful business transformation. Based remotely in the Philippines on a full-time contract basis, this role offers an exceptional platform to expand your systems mastery. You will work directly with leadership to design scalable workflows, refine operational processes, and push the boundaries of what is possible across our tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and maintain advanced workflow automations across Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit to support sales and recruitment pipelines.
- Develop, debug, and optimize complex Deluge scripts and custom functions to handle sophisticated business logic.
- Build multi-app workflows and event-driven automation sequences using Zoho Flow and logic branching.
- Configure custom modules, validation rules, field logic, layouts, and blueprints that ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Implement robust REST API integrations and webhooks to synchronize Zoho applications seamlessly with third-party platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM-to-Recruit data synchronization to maintain reliable data architecture across operations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven mastery of Zoho CRM architecture, including advanced blueprints, custom modules, and workflow logic.
- Deep hands-on experience scripting and debugging custom Deluge functions within the Zoho ecosystem.
- Demonstrated technical experience with Zoho Recruit, specifically managing candidate workflows and complex recruitment data models.
- Advanced expertise in Zoho Flow for building multi-step automations and webhook integrations.
- Strong background in Zoho REST APIs, JSON handling, and integrating external systems.
- Solid track record in system architecture and data modelling, translating operational needs into scalable automation designs.
Nice-to-have
- Broader familiarity with the complete Zoho One ecosystem and cross-app integrations.
- Prior experience configuring workflows and applicant tracking systems within the staffing and recruitment industry.
