
Crown Talent Assets has been engaged to lead a highly confidential executive search on behalf of a rapidly expanding, multi-location dental organization undergoing significant growth and operational enhancement. The group is known for its award-winning clinical standards, immersive patient experience model, and a vibrant, authenticity-driven culture rooted in high-quality, efficient, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Provider Development
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of providers while fostering trust-based, doctor-to-doctor communication.
· Oversee a structured onboarding model including classroom training, KPI education, and a 10-day mentor-paired clinical immersion experience.
· Maintain evidence-based care standards and drive a consistent culture of clinical quality, patient safety, and service excellence.
Operational Excellence & Performance Management
· Manage KPI-driven expectations, including same-day treatment, patient flow efficiency, cost-per-visit metrics, and daily production targets.
· Collaborate with regional operations leadership to ensure workflow protocol execution and high-quality patient care.
· Address provider performance, quality, safety, and service concerns proactively.
Culture, Patient Experience & Clinical Integrity
· Uphold an immersive, high-energy patient experience model supported by a long-standing culture of exceptional service.
· Promote a clinical culture grounded in empathy, communication, and trust.
Strategic Partnership & Business Enablement
· Support recruitment initiatives focused on clinicians with group practice and Medicaid/pediatric experience.
· Serve as the primary clinical liaison for cross-functional partners, contributing to workflow optimization and continuous improvement.
· Participate in routine communication rhythms, including weekly clinical updates and regional alignment calls.
Qualifications
· DMD or DDS; residency preferred
· Minimum 3+ years clinical experience and 2+ years in a leadership role
· State licensure and required clinical certifications
· Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities
· Ability to evaluate workflows, solve operational issues, and implement improvements
· On-site leadership presence required (four days per week)
· Regional travel required
