Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Generalist to join our team in Lake Forest, CA. In this role, you will support HR and administrative functions for U.S. operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and HR best practices. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including administrative support and HR compliance. Responsibilities and Duties: • Use HR software to manage payroll, employee benefits, and time management. • Maintain accurate and organized employee records, including HRIS data. • Provide day-to-day HR support for employees in the U.S. • Coordinate the performance review process, including preparing documentation, tracking evaluations, and supporting follow-up actions. • Apply, administer and develop HR policies, procedures, and programs. • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and offboarding processes. • Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination • Ensure compliance with U.S employment standards and workplace regulations. • Participate in HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Coordinate and participate in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace communications. • Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters. • Maintain job descriptions, training records, and support employee development initiatives. • Coordinate and conduct exit interviews and assist in retention initiatives. • Liaise U.S. immigration lawyers regarding nonimmigrant visa processing. • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion. • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and assist management as needed.
Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and Office Administration. • Strong knowledge of U.S employment laws, HR compliance, and workplace standards. • Familiarity with U.S. HR practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills English • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Skills: • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to support employees and resolve HR-related issues effectively. • Experience developing and enforcing company HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards. • Skilled in recruitment and hiring processes, including reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining applicant databases. • Proficient in onboarding strategies and delivering engaging orientation sessions to ensure a smooth integration experience for new hires. • Experience supporting and coordinating performance management processes, including evaluation tracking and follow-up actions. • Experience maintaining and updating job descriptions and requirements in alignment with organizational objectives. • Demonstrated ability to contribute to business operations • Coordinates and collaborates with department leaders to identify training needs and support employee development programs. • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR compliance, and recordkeeping best practices. • Knowledge U.S. immigration processes, including nonimmigrant visa coordination. • Strong organizational and administrative skills to support smooth office operations and cross-functional collaboration. • Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling confidential employee information. • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and ability to generate and interpret HR metrics and reports.
