Videographer / Editor

About the Role

An ambitious social-first creative agency is looking for a Videographer / Editor to join its growing creative and production team.

Working closely with a team of videographer/editors, an editor, Creative Lead and Head of Production, the successful candidate will help produce high-quality, social-first content for a range of ambitious brands across ongoing retainer work and campaign projects.

The role will span both production and post-production, with a strong focus on creating content that looks exceptional while delivering meaningful performance across social channels.

Key Responsibilities

Shoot and operate camera for campaigns, social content and branded productions across a range of clients and projects.
Edit high-quality, social-first video content quickly and efficiently, adapting creative for different platforms and formats.
Work collaboratively with the wider creative and production team to develop and execute content from concept through to delivery.
Bring a strong visual perspective and consistently raise the creative quality of the agency’s output.
Stay up to date with emerging social formats, trends, platform behaviours and content best practices.
Balance creative ambition with the need to produce content that performs against client objectives.

Success in the role will be measured through two key lenses: the visual and creative quality of the work, and the performance of that content across client channels.
