Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product strategy and roadmap, translating high-level business goals into actionable user stories and technical requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to guide products from conception to launch.
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, and use this data to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding both internally and externally.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a tech-focused environment.
- Demonstrable experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
- Experience in B2B SaaS products.
