Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our daily business operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will play a crucial role in process improvement, data management, and cross-functional coordination to help the company achieve its operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operational workflows, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks to ensure seamless execution.
- Collect, analyze, and report on operational data to provide insights for performance improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with various departments, including customer support, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment and support company-wide objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities, vendor contracts, and inventory.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with CRM or ERP software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or Trello.
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
