Alfa Demo Inc. is seeking a qualified Level 5 Nurse based in the Wrexham area to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will contribute directly to patient-centred care, ensuring clinical standards remain high and individuals receive consistent, high-quality support. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position, and candidates must already possess valid UK working rights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and oversee comprehensive clinical patient care, conducting holistic patient assessments and implementing tailored care plans.
  • Accurately monitor vital signs, perform clinical observations, and oversee care planning procedures in line with professional standards.
  • Manage medication administration safely, handling prescriptions and dispensing according to strict pharmacology and regulatory compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain rigorous clinical records, ensuring documentation of patient interventions, progress, and care reviews is precise and up to date.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, facilitating effective clinical handovers and consistent care continuity.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Active and current registration with the UK Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC Registered Nurse / RGN status with an active NMC PIN).
  • Proven clinical patient care experience, including patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, care delivery, and wound care management.
  • Demonstrated competency in safe medication administration, prescription handling, and pharmacology compliance.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills to coordinate care delivery.
  • Current right to work in the United Kingdom (visa sponsorship is not offered).

Nice-to-have

  • In-depth understanding of infection prevention and control (IPC) standards, aseptic procedures, and clinical hygiene protocols.
  • Practical experience in adult or child safeguarding procedures within a clinical or care setting.
  • A strong track record of collaborative working within multidisciplinary healthcare teams (MDT).
