Role Overview
We are a dynamic and fast-growing fitness brand seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media & Email Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our email marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and member acquisition. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the fitness or wellness industry and is adept at creating compelling narratives that resonate with health-conscious audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all relevant platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan, create, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated nurture sequences to engage our community and drive conversions.
- Analyze and report on the performance of social media and email campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategy and achieve KPIs such as engagement rate, follower growth, and click-through rates.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team, fitness instructors, and content creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content (video, graphics, copy) that reflects our brand's voice and values.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and user-generated content to identify new opportunities for growth and community interaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in social media management and email marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience working within the fitness, health, or wellness industry.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-native insights).
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience with community management and influencer marketing.
