Profiles Creative are currently partnering with a leading social-first agency to recruit a Senior Social Creative to join their growing creative team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative who understands how to develop engaging, culturally relevant content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Meta platforms, while combining strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution. The successful candidate will primarily be working on a global travel brand, creating social-first campaigns and content designed to engage audiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop social-first creative concepts from initial idea through to final delivery • Create trend-led content for both organic and paid social campaigns • Produce engaging still and video content tailored to platform audiences • Capture content on shoots and locations where required • Edit both short and long-form video content • Collaborate closely with creative, social and production teams • Stay ahead of emerging trends, creators and platform innovations • Contribute to wider creative campaigns beyond social where required

Requirements: • Previous experience working within a social-first agency environment • Strong understanding of social-first storytelling and platform culture • Experience creating concepts and ideas for social campaigns • Hands-on experience with content capture, shooting and editing • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop • Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment • Passion for trends, culture and emerging digital content formats This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly creative agency environment working across exciting integrated campaigns, with genuine opportunities for progression and creative input.
