We’re hiring a Leasing & Tenant Engagement Specialist to help fill and manage 60 mobile home units over the next few months. This role is a mix of leasing, customer communication, and follow-up. You’ll be the person guiding prospects from first inquiry all the way to signed lease - and beyond.

This is not just an admin role. You must be highly conversational, proactive, and persuasive - your job is to make prospects choose our properties over the many other options they’re considering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Leasing

  • Respond to inbound inquiries (calls, texts, messages) quickly and professionally
  • Speak with prospects and build strong rapport to drive interest in our properties
  • Schedule property showings and confirm attendance
  • Follow up aggressively with prospects before and after showings
  • Guide prospects through the application process and push for completion
  • Review rental applications for completeness before submitting for approval
  • Track each prospect’s status and keep pipeline organized

Listing Management

  • Manage and update listings across platforms:
    • Zillow
    • MH Village
    • Trulia
    • HotPads
    • Facebook Marketplace & Groups
  • Ensure listings are accurate, attractive, and optimized for conversions

Coordination

  • Work with property supervisors to ensure showings happen smoothly and on time
  • Collect feedback from supervisors after showings
  • Relay updates between prospects and internal team

Tenant Retention & Growth

  • Manage lease renewals and follow-ups
  • Build relationships with tenants
  • Help convert renters into mobile home owners where possible

Requirements

  • Strong English communication - must sound natural and conversational on calls
  • Confident on the phone - not robotic, able to build trust quickly
  • Sales mindset - you’re guiding people to choose this property
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up habits
  • Experience with leasing, real estate, property management, or customer service is a plus
  • Comfortable managing multiple conversations and leads at once
  • Familiar with platforms like Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, etc. (or quick learner)
  • Reliable internet and ability to handle calls during U.S. hours
