Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Cleaning: Perform thorough daily cleaning across all designated areas, including offices, communal zones, washrooms, and high-traffic corridors.
• Surface & Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff various floor types, alongside dusting and sanitising surfaces to maintain peak cleanliness.
• Hygiene & Sanitation: Deep-clean and continuously restock washrooms, kitchens, and break areas with essential supplies.
• Waste Management: Collect and safely dispose of trash, recycling, and waste materials in accordance with environmental and company guidelines.
• Stock Monitoring: Keep track of cleaning chemical and equipment inventory, reporting shortages to management before stock runs low.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to Health & Safety standards, including proper chemical handling (COSHH) and clear usage of warning signage.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven Experience: Prior commercial, residential, or industrial cleaning experience with a track record of high standards.
• Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for cleanliness and an energetic approach to spotting what needs doing without waiting to be told.
• Physical Stamina: The stamina and capability to handle manual tasks, bending, lifting, and standing throughout your shift.
• Punctuality & Reliability: A trustworthy worker who takes pride in consistent attendance and exceptional work ethic.
• Safety Awareness: Solid working knowledge of fundamental health, safety, and hygiene standards within a workplace.
• Communication Skills: Good spoken English to communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors in Leeds.
