
We’re hiring an SDR to join our clients US team and focus on outbound cold calling, opening new accounts, and booking qualified meetings. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1+ year of SDR experience who wants to build strong foundational sales skills, work closely with senior commercial leaders, and become an expert in the US construction tech market.
The ideal candidate will be based on the East Coast or Central US, with preferred locations including Florida, Georgia, Austin, Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, Nashville, and Dallas. Experience in construction tech, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or a similar sector would be a strong advantage. AI-enabled experience beyond basic ChatGPT usage would also be a bonus. Candidates must have full US work authorisation.
The package is $50,000 base salary, approximately $20,000 bonus potential, and $20,000 worth of equity spread over four years. The role offers exposure to the full sales process, including lead identification, targeted outreach, CRM hygiene, call reviews, commercial strategy, and future progression opportunities into Account Executive, SDR Team Lead, or Customer Success.
