As our HR Recruiter in Egypt, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our global workforce, managing end-to-end recruitment strategies, and championing an exceptional candidate experience powered by innovative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process across multiple departments and global geographies, ensuring a seamless journey for all candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and design targeted talent attraction strategies.
• Leverage Alfa AI’s proprietary platform, alongside traditional sourcing channels, to identify, screen, and engage high-calibre professionals globally.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine our internal hiring workflows, integrating our AI recruiter, Lisa, into daily talent operations.
• Analyse recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction, to optimise talent strategies and deliver superior hiring outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven track record as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally within a tech, SaaS, or fast-scaling enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of modern talent acquisition strategies, passive candidate sourcing, and structured competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across diverse business functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and professionally.
• A tech-forward mindset with an enthusiastic, adaptable approach to adopting AI-driven recruitment tools and emerging HR technologies.

Nice-to-have

• Previous exposure to recruitment automation, AI video interviewing tools, or advanced talent analytics platforms.
• Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Arabic, supporting our global, multi-lingual hiring efforts.
• Background in a high-growth startup or an international software product company.
