Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology department and drive our technical roadmap. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, ensuring that our technology strategy aligns with our overall business goals. You will lead a high-performing engineering team, manage technical infrastructure, and foster a culture of innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the long-term technical vision and strategy for the organization.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale the engineering and product teams, promoting excellence and accountability.
• Architecture & Infrastructure: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and robust system architectures.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and other executives to align technology initiatives with business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar high-level leadership role.
• Strong background in software development and architectural design.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on problem-solving and efficiency.
