Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and highly technical Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology department and shape our long-term technical strategy. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, ensuring that our technology resources are aligned with our business goals and driving innovation across our product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Strategy: Define and execute the company’s technology roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the market.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the CEO and board members to align technical initiatives with broader business objectives.
• Infrastructure & Security: Oversee the architectural design and ensure robust cybersecurity protocols are in place.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or a similar executive leadership role.
• Extensive experience in software development, cloud architecture, and data management.
• Strategic thinking with a strong business acumen.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in scaling a startup through Series B/C funding.
• Strong background in AI/Machine Learning implementation.
• Active contributor to the open-source community or thought leader in tech.
