Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Manager to oversee our company's financial health and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will play a crucial role in guiding senior management in making sound business decisions in the long and short term.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial systems, models, and budgets to support strategic planning.
- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Oversee all aspects of financial control, including cash flow management, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, coordinating with internal and external auditors.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets, and business drivers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar senior finance role.
- Strong understanding of financial statistics, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly desirable.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience within the technology or SaaS industry.
- Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
