What You'll Be Doing

As a Service Desk Engineer, you'll be at the heart of the IT operations. Your day-to-day will involve:

* Providing top-notch IT support to users via phone and email.

* Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues, from simple password resets to more complex system problems.

* Logging all incidents and requests accurately in the ticketing system.

* Working with core technologies like Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory to manage user accounts and services.

* Collaborating with the wider IT team to escalate and resolve more complex issues.

What You'll Bring to the Table

We're looking for someone with the right attitude and a solid foundation of technical skills. Here's what we need:

* At least 6 months of experience in an IT support or service desk role.

* Proven experience with phone and email-based technical support.

* A solid understanding of logging and managing tickets.

* Good working knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.

* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Nice to Haves

* Got some basic networking knowledge? Experience with LAN/WAN, DNS, or DHCP would be a fantastic bonus!
