
We're hiring for a software company for their first US Customer Success Manager to own and grow its US customer base. This is a remote role for someone based on the East Coast or Central US, ideally in locations such as Florida, Georgia, Austin, Charlotte, Raleigh, Atlanta, Nashville, or Dallas. The role reports into a UK-based Director of Operations and Customer Success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B SaaS or software background, with experience speaking directly to customers, driving adoption, growing accounts, and building Customer Success processes. Experience in construction tech, construction, manufacturing, industrial, or a similar field would be highly valuable.
This person will help level up the Customer Success function, support and eventually lead two junior team members, and bring a modern, AI-enabled approach to Customer Success. Compensation is expected to be around $95k-$110k plus bonus, benefits, and equity. Candidates must have full US work authorisation.
