Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic promotional products distributorship. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them bring their brand to life through creative merchandise solutions. You will manage the end-to-end process from initial enquiry and creative brainstorming to sourcing, production, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients, understanding their brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Manage the full order lifecycle, including sourcing bespoke products from global suppliers, preparing quotes, and overseeing production timelines.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative product presentations and pitches that meet client budgets and deadlines.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy in order processing and coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery for events and campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth by suggesting complementary products and staying ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the promotional merchandise or print industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with both clients and international suppliers.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Experience using industry-specific CRM or ERP software.

Knowledge of various branding techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, and laser engraving.

An established book of business is not required but is a plus.
