Role Overview

We are working in partnership with Priavo Security to find their Head of Business Performance. This is a new role created to help drive the organisation towards growth and sustainable expansion. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Operating Officer, this senior leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a hands on approach. You will be responsible for bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to the business while preserving its entrepreneurial spirit, leading multi disciplinary teams across finance, marketing, and operations.

What will you be doing?

  • Strategic Leadership & Governance: Align departments, ensure accountability, and remove operational bottlenecks to foster a collaborative, high performance culture.
  • Financial & Commercial Management: Oversee the Finance Manager, manage budgeting and forecasting, and provide commercial insights to protect margins and drive cost control.
  • Growth & Marketing Oversight: Support client acquisition and retention strategies while ensuring marketing initiatives align with brand consistency and market positioning.
  • People & Performance: Lead recruitment strategies, drive employee engagement, and champion continuous improvement through change management and digital transformation.
  • Operational Excellence: Design and implement strategic client care programmes and refine operational processes for faster execution.

Who are we looking for?

Someone with…

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within an SME or scaling business.
  • Strong financial literacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control experience.
  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and alignment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a knack for influencing and negotiating.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • The ability to run and manage projects.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, enabling data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in leading change management and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove operational bottlenecks.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working within a global corporate structure.
  • Advanced certification in Project Management or Business Administration (MBA).
  • Expertise in sophisticated CRM and ERP systems for data analysis.
