B2B Events Producer

London · Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office · Full-time ·

£48,000 – £52,000

The opportunity

CoCo Group are partnering with an award-winning global brand experience agency to find an exceptional B2B Events Producer to join their London team.

This is a role for someone who loves live events, thrives on client relationships and wants a passport that gets used. You'll be producing high-profile B2B events and campaigns for some of the largest global brands in Technology, with regular international travel to deliver them on the ground. Think flagship launches, major conferences and immersive brand experiences, delivered around the world.

The agency

Our client is a respected, international agency delivering strategy, content and live brand experiences for some of the world's leading brands. They're an established business with a global footprint, offices across multiple countries and a reputation for the quality of their work, recently recognised with a prestigious national business award. Many of their people have built long careers there, which tells you plenty about the culture.

The role

Reporting to the Executive Producer, you'll sit at the heart of every project. Part account lead, part producer, part team captain, you'll direct in-house specialists across video, graphics, content, creative, logistics and production to turn ambitious client briefs into events people talk about long after the doors close.

You'll work with clients at both strategic and planning level, so you'll be in the conversations that shape what gets made, not just how it gets delivered.

What you'll be doing

  • Owning client relationships. Understand your clients' strategy, hold higher-level conversations and spot new opportunities early.
  • Growing accounts. Drive measurable growth alongside the Account Executive Sponsor and identify new business within existing clients.
  • Delivering from concept to curtain-up. Scope, brief and motivate internal and external teams, manage suppliers and take full responsibility for content, technical delivery and logistics, at home and abroad.
  • Shaping the creative. Work with creative teams to develop content and messaging that meets, and beats, client objectives.
  • Protecting quality and margin. Keep projects profitable, hit agreed margin targets and keep client satisfaction scores above target.
  • Planning resource. Work with the Operations Director and Heads of Department to get the right people on the right projects.
  • Championing sustainability. Build sustainability planning into every project from the outset.
  • Leading by example. Earn the trust of clients and colleagues and, where appropriate, coach and line manage more junior team members.

What you'll bring

  • Experience at Producer and/or Account Manager level within an events agency
  • Confidence and credibility in the B2B events industry would be an absolute plus
  • A proven record of managing events and campaigns from concept through to delivery
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients at every level
  • Strong organisation and exceptional attention to detail
  • Sound judgement and a calm, professional approach under pressure
  • Initiative and follow-through, every time
  • A collaborative approach across disciplines and teams
  • The enthusiasm and flexibility for regular international travel

The culture

They value people who listen first and build trust quickly, who stay composed when deadlines are tight, who take initiative and see things through, and who care about delivering exceptional work. A genuine interest in sustainability is important to them too.

What's in it for you

  • A salary of £48,000 – £52,000 with possible flexibility for the right candidate
  • The chance to work with some of the largest global brands in Technology and beyond
  • Regular international travel to deliver live events around the world
  • Genuine agency experience, learning and growing alongside the best in the business
  • A learning culture and a supportive community that focuses on physical and mental health and meaningful work
  • Hybrid working: 3 days a week in the London office, with the rest flexible around your projects and travel
